About the role
Amazon.com Services LLC in Arlington, VA is seeking a Customer Insights Lead for Global Logistics Domestic First Mile. You will own the voice of the shipper, size opportunities, segment the book, and surface barriers driving adoption or churn to inform product roadmap and annual planning.
You will partner with BI, analytics, product, and sales to define metrics, present clear data-driven narratives to senior leaders, and translate insights into actions that improve adoption and reduce attrition.
