About the role
HR Assistant (Part-Time)We are seeking a part-time HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department with a primary focus on front desk coverage, filing, and other administrative duties as assigned. The ideal candidate will be reliable, detail-oriented, and possess excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Position: HR Assistant (Part-Time)
Hours: Up to 20 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
Provide front desk coverage, including greeting visitors, answering phones, and responding to inquiries. Assist with filing and maintaining HR records and documents. Support the HR team with various administrative tasks as needed. Help schedule meetings and appointments as required. Maintain confidentiality with all HR-related information.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Professional demeanor and positive attitude. Previous experience in an office or HR setting is a plus. This is a part-time contract position, offering scheduling up to 20 hours per week.
