About the role

Life Insurance Sales AgentIf your last sales job had you cold-calling strangers off a purchased list, this one works differently and we think you'll notice the difference on day one. Every single conversation you have here starts because someone already reached out. They filled out a form, requested a quote, or called in they want to talk about life insurance coverage. You're not convincing anyone that they should care. You're helping people who already do figure out what fits their family and their budget. You'll work a mix of inbound leads (people who contacted us directly) and warm outbound leads (people who requested info but haven't been reached yet). Every call or Zoom session follows a similar arc: understand the family's situation, walk through relevant coverage options across our 60+ carrier partners, answer their questions honestly, and help them make a decision. Some conversations close same-day. Others take a follow-up call or two. Either way, you're tracking your activity daily and staying consistent with your production goals that consistency is what separates agents who make this a real career from agents who fizzle out in month two. You don't need insurance experience to start here. Our onboarding covers the fundamentals of life insurance products, how to run a client conversation, common objections and how to handle them honestly, and the systems you'll use daily. After initial training, you'll have ongoing access to coaching and team support as you build your book. This is a commission-only role with an uncapped structure meaning there's no ceiling on what you can earn, and also no floor beyond what you produce. New reps typically bring home $800 to $1,200 per policy sold. Realistically, that translates to: Part-time agents: $50,000+ in year one Full-time agents: $80,000 to $300,000+ in year one Pay is distributed daily and weekly depending on how commissions clear, and there are additional performance-based bonuses layered on top for agents who hit certain production milestones. Comfortable and confident on the phone. Coachable willing to follow a proven script and training system rather than improvising from day one. U.S. citizen or legal resident. Able to pass a standard background check. Life & Health insurance license, or a genuine willingness to obtain one quickly through our guided process. We're actively building out our remote team and have a limited number of openings in this hiring cycle. If warm leads, real training, and uncapped commission sound like a fair trade for your effort, apply today we review applications quickly and aim to get back to qualified candidates within two business days.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
