About the role
- Welcome guests with a positive, professional attitude
- Handle hotel check-in and check-out efficiently and accurately
- Assist with reservations, questions, and guest requests
- Enroll guests in the Player’s Club and issue membership cards
- Explain rewards programs, promotions, and casino offerings
- Make announcements over the PA system as needed
- Stay informed on resort events, entertainment, and promotions
- Assist guests with directions and property navigation
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care
- Support special events, promotions, and resort activities
- Work closely with your team to deliver a smooth guest experience
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Ability to obtain and maintain a South Dakota Gaming License
