Title: Vice President, Real Estate Valuations Firm: $100B+ Global Alternative Asset Manager Location/In-Office Policy: Essex County, NJ (4/1 in-office) We’re partnering with a $100B+ global alternative asset manager that is expanding its growing real assets platform and looking to add a Vice President, Real Estate Valuations to its team in Essex County, NJ.This is a high-visibility opportunity for a valuation professional who wants to take ownership of complex real estate valuation work and partner closely with senior stakeholders across the platform.
What you’ll be doing: Lead valuation analysis and financial modeling across a diverse portfolio of real estate investments Build and review sophisticated DCF and comparable company/transaction analyses Evaluate key assumptions, market data, and valuation methodologies Support quarterly and annual valuation processes, reporting, and review Partner with investment, accounting, finance, and other internal teams on valuation-related initiatives Take ownership of complex projects and contribute to broader strategic initiatives across the real assets platform What they’re looking for:6–10 years of experience in real estate or real assets valuation Strong understanding of DCF, comparable company/transaction analysis, and valuation methodologies Advanced financial modeling skills Strong understanding of financial statements and real estate fundamentals Experience managing complex valuation projects from start to finish Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders
