About the role

Capital Health is seeking a unit clerk/ Medical Records assistant to transcribe physicians’ orders and maintain patient charts within Medical Records guidelines. Ed‑ucation requires a high school diploma or GED, with at least one year of secretarial experience or current enrollment in a nursing/medical program. Strong English, organization, and transcription skills are essential. This is a 40-hour, on-site position in Trenton, NJ.
