About the role

Natura - Interior Plant Design is seeking a driven Commercial Sales Executive for B2B new business development in Texas. This hunter role builds your own pipeline, engages commercial decision-makers, and closes new contracts for interior and exterior plant programs and seasonal installations. Expect uncapped earning potential with a $50,000 base salary plus commission, and an OTE of $100,000+. You will own your pipeline, travel as needed, and work hybrid/field-based in your market.
