About the role

Technical Writer (Notifications Delivery) We are seeking a technical writer to work with our IT Service Management team in creating and posting notifications for ITIL processes. This work requires a detail-oriented focus and the ability to cross-reference multiple documents to ensure the information is accurate. This position will require interaction with multiple individuals throughout the client organization.
Required Qualifications:
  • Experience in marketing and communications
  • Experience in technical writing
  • Experience in the Information Technology industry preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in English, communications, journalism, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Self-starter with ability to improve documentation process
  • Proficient in English grammar, usage, mechanics, and composition
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to cross-check for errors
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Familiarity with Google office products (Gmail, Calendar, Google Docs) preferred
Equipment: Individual will need to be able to use their own device, work with Google products.
Schedule: Monday to Friday4-6 hours per day
The candidate can work remotely but must live and work within Colorado.
