The company provides products and services including class jewelry, yearbooks, regalia, school uniforms, and photography across North America.Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Corporate Controller to serve as the senior financial leader responsible for accounting and treasury operations across a multi-plant, multi-ERP manufacturing environment.This role will oversee U.S. and Mexico-based accounting teams, lead the monthly close, manage treasury and cash operations, and provide financial insight to Executive Leadership.Why join us?Senior-level leadership opportunityEstablished 100+ year companyCross-border finance leadershipOpportunity to influence financial strategy and infrastructureCollaborative executive leadership environmentResponsibilitiesLead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes across multiple business units and ERP systems.Oversee financial consolidation and management reporting.Maintain strong general ledger oversight, account reconciliations, and internal controls.Direct cash management, forecasting, banking relationships, and treasury reporting.Oversee cash disbursements, payment cycles, and major wires/ACH transactions.Manage working capital across AP, AR, inventory, and production operations.Support capital planning for equipment, facilities, and seasonal cash requirements.Oversee U.S. and Mexico statutory, regulatory, and financial audits.Ensure compliance with GAAP, Mexican accounting standards, and applicable tax regulations.Direct sales tax, payroll tax, and corporate tax compliance.Partner with external tax advisors on filings and tax planning.Oversee AP and AR operations and identify process improvements.Lead accounting integration across multiple ERP systems.Partner with IT and Operations to improve reporting, data governance, and automation.Oversee financial reporting and support investor relations.Lead Accounting and Treasury teams, including plant-level accounting operations in Mérida, Mexico.Partner with Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, FP&A, Tax, and Executive Leadership.Review and improve finance and payroll procedures, controls, and workflows.Provide guidance on inventory requirements and timing of incoming inventory receipts.QualificationsBachelor's degree required.Active CPA license required.MBA is strongly preferred.8+ years of finance experience in multi-country manufacturing and e-commerce environments.5+ years of senior-level finance leadership experience.Experience managing U.S. and international accounting operations.Bilingual in English and SpanishProven experience leading finance for an organization with $200M+ in annual revenueExperience working with external auditors and reporting to a Board of Directors.Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, treasury, tax, and internal controls.Experience working across multiple ERP systems.Willingness to travel internationally as required.BenefitsHealth insuranceDental insuranceVision insurance401(k)Professional development opportunitiesCareer advancement opportunitiesATALNT is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
