We are currently seeking a Metal Shop Assembler to join our growing team. This position is responsible for fabricating, assembling, and modifying metal products using a wide range of mechanical technologies, materials, and shop equipment. The ideal candidate has hands-on metal fabrication experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to interpret technical documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and prioritize daily work order assignments
  • Review job Bills of Materials (BOMs) and verify kit inventory
  • Reference MPCD and custom work documentation using electronic systems
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to support design opportunities while remaining within the established business model
  • Fabricate, assemble, and modify metal components using shop equipment and hand tools
  • Process returned manufactured products for repair, refurbishment, or restocking
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Perform other duties as assigned
