About the role
Driving talent and organizational analytics, the full-time remote I/O Psychologist will oversee psychometric validation, employee engagement strategies, and advanced analytics to enhance workforce effectiveness and inform enterprise strategy.
Key responsibilities:
Manage analytics to identify success drivers for employee and leadership development initiatives
Evaluate organizational networks and lead employee engagement surveys to improve workplace culture and productivity
Conduct research and translate analytic results into actionable insights for senior executives Required qualifications 7+ years of experience in advanced analytics, including psychometric techniques and deploying models in large-scale environments
Proven management experience leading teams in analytics or technical roles
Exceptional communication skills with a track record of engaging senior stakeholders
Proficiency in statistical coding languages such as R, Python, and SPSS
Master's degree or Ph. D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Psychometrics, Statistics, or a related field
