What We're Looking For:
Valid Massachusetts Registered Nurse license
Prior experience in school settings or pediatric care
Ability to float between multiple locations within the district as needed
Comfortable providing both building-based health services and 1:1 student support
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Reliable, flexible, and able to adapt quickly to changing daily needs
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with building-level nursing coverageadministering medication, triaging illness/injury, and responding to emergencies
Step into 1:1 care roles as needed, supporting students with individualized health needs
Collaborate with other school nurses and support staff to ensure continuity of care
Document health assessments, interventions, and communication as required by school policy
Provide health education and promote a safe, supportive environment for all students
