About the Role: The Field Service Technician II plays a critical role in installing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintaining liquid filling, capping, and packaging machinery at customer sites across North & South America, with occasional international support. This is a hands-on, travel-intensive role ideal for technicians who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy solving complex technical problems, and want to work directly with customers on high-value industrial equipment.
🔧 What You’ll Be Doing: Install & Commission Equipment: Start up new and refurbished filling, capping, and packaging machines Troubleshoot & Repair: Diagnose electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and control issues to minimize downtimePLC Diagnostics: Modify and debug PLC logic as needed (Allen-Bradley, Siemens)Customer Support: Train operators and maintenance teams; support trials, upgrades, and format changes Preventive Maintenance: Perform inspections, upgrades, and reliability improvements Documentation: Complete detailed service reports and provide root-cause feedback to engineering teams Collaboration: Work closely with Electrical Engineering, Project Teams, and Global Service groups🔧
