Utah Housing Corporation is seeking a Bilingual Loan Resolution Counselor for its Mortgage Servicing Department. You will work with homeowners to resolve delinquencies, evaluate financial hardship, and determine the best options, including repayment plans, forbearance, and loan modifications. You will manage a portfolio across FHA, VA, GNMA, FNMA, and Rural Housing programs, document servicing notes, and coordinate with the Default Manager to ensure compliance while delivering strong customer
