Job Description
Reporting to senior global leadership, the Sales Director - Americas will operate as a player-coach leader, combining direct revenue generation with commercial leadership and team development responsibilities.
Key responsibilities include:
Develop and execute growth strategies across maritime, offshore energy, government, defense, industrial technology, and related sectors.
Generate new business opportunities and expand strategic customer relationships throughout North America and Latin America.
Lead, mentor, and develop an existing sales team while fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture.
Improve pipeline visibility, forecasting accuracy, account planning, and customer relationship management discipline.
Partner with regional and global stakeholders to identify new markets, strengthen go-to-market strategies, and support long-term business growth.
Drive adoption of a solutions-led sales approach focused on recurring revenue, managed services, and long-term customer value.
Contribute to broader commercial strategy, organizational development, and future leadership planning across the Americas.
The Successful Applicant
For the Sales Director - Americas we are seeking:
Proven success developing new business and growing strategic accounts within complex business-to-business environments.
Experience selling technology, connectivity, network services, cybersecurity, software, industrial technology, or other consultative solutions.
Strong commercial acumen, including forecasting, budgeting, pipeline management, and sales performance management.
Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, and developing sales professionals.
Experience managing long sales cycles and complex stakeholder environments.
Strong customer relationships within maritime, offshore energy, critical infrastructure, government, defense, industrial technology.
A structured and disciplined approach to customer relationship management and sales process execution.
A collaborative leadership style with high emotional intelligence and the ability to influence without relying on formal authority.
Curiosity, resilience, and a genuine desire to help build and scale a growing business.
Ability to travel as required throughout the Americas region.

Base salary: $120,000 - $140,000
Uncapped incentive plan
Target total compensation of approximately $180,000 - $200,000+
