About the role
The Judge Group seeks a Head of Engineering to lead a critical product domain within our supply chain platform for perishable goods. You will define technical strategy, architecture, and delivery while mentoring a lean engineering team across onshore and offshore partners. Reporting to the CTO, you will steward AI-enabled workflows, drive high-impact design decisions, and ensure reliable, scalable systems that meet real-world traceability and compliance needs.
