Janitorial Project Manager

Oversee daily facility services operations, lead and develop frontline teams, maintain client relationships, and ensure contract, safety, and quality requirements are met. Manage staffing, budgets, reporting, inspections, training, and continuous improvement across assigned facilities. Lead, coach, and evaluate frontline employees and supervisors; support hiring and onboarding. Serve as the primary client contact, maintain relationships, and resolve service concerns. Oversee janitorial and related facility operations to meet contract requirements and service standards. Monitor safety and quality compliance through inspections, time studies, and corrective action. Prepare operational and financial reports, payroll records, budgets, and cost analyses. Develop employee training and improvement initiatives, coordinate special projects, and manage vendors.
