Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Exercise a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when working with staff, projects and proprietary information.
Accurate and swift time coding, tracking and reporting for all yard personnel. Aiding with employee use of time clocks, working with a custom software program and ensuring supervisors are correctly documenting their crew's time.
Participation in overall production schedule reporting and timely communication of any changes with minor direction to the plant team to ensure success.
Assist in distribution of Key Performance Metric reports to the manufacturing team.
Track status of panel drawings and issue information to production teams as needed.
Support leadership team in planning and organizing team and company activities.
Coordinate and assist manufacturing departments with administrative tasks which may include, organizing training sessions, ensuring documentation is retained and filed appropriately, typing, preparing and posting signage, and data entry.
Other duties as assigned.
Experience and Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Minimum 1 years' experience in an administrative capacity is preferred.
- Experience in the construction and/or concrete industries is preferred.
