About the role

Alene Candles LLC & Midwest is seeking an Assistant Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift at our New Albany, OH facility. This on-site role requires hands-on manufacturing leadership to manage pour and reheat operations and drive safety, quality, and efficiency. You will support the Production Supervisor, oversee staffing and training, and lead continuous improvement activities, including 5S initiatives, to meet production targets.
