We currently have openings for our 1st/2nd shift for the following positions: Nights Machine Operators-$15.00-$17.50 Day Shift Machine Operators-$15-$15.50 Essential Job Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities: Remove finished rolls from weaving machines Build and stage pallets for finished products Replenish materials and keep work areas clean Operate and monitor weaving machines Change, thread, and adjust wire and blades Perform basic troubleshooting and routine machine maintenance Monitor the feed and speed of machines during the machining process Maintain the surrounding area, keeping the area free of debris
Requirements:
  • Effective communication includes speaking, writing, active listening, and taking instructions
  • Good leadership and training skills
  • Quick troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent mechanical skills, including comfort with using tools to make simple repairs
  • Great time management
  • Keen attention to detail to identify maintenance, product, or operations issues
  • Necessary Skills, Background & Competencies:
Minimum one year of work experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Must be able to work in a team-based, positive, fast-paced environment. Must be able to understand written instructions and follow procedures. Must be able and willing to work 5 PM-5 AM MON-FRI and Saturdays as needed. Employees average at least 40 hours a week, no more than 50.High School Diploma or GED preferred.
