Inside Liner Modular Rebuild Technician

Job Responsibilities: Rebuild of various systems including: Lacquer Application System and Pistols Production Line Drums Infeed Belts Cones and Cone Rotation Drives Manage lacquer change overs and set up Manage diameter change overs and set up Oven chain prep and replacements Assistance in quarterly maintenances Belt, seal, oven axle, and sprocket replacements Assist with annual maintenance Assist with engineering drawing adjustments Creation of prototype parts Complete all other tasks as directed.

Qualifications and Experience: Requirements: Minimum of (5) years of technical experience in a manufacturing facility. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High initiative and drive with a curiosity to learn and improve operations. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
