JOB OVERVIEW:
Join The Arbor Group LLC as a Ground Operations Specialist and build a strong career in commercial tree care. You will keep our job sites running safely and efficiently by supporting our climbing crew, operating equipment, and keeping work areas clear.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist skilled climbers on site and manage daily debris collection. Operate chippers, chainsaws, hand tools, and work trucks safely. Control traffic around work zones using safety equipment to protect the crew and public. Ensure complete job site cleanup and deliver great service to clients. Participate in ongoing paid training to build your tree care skills.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Ability to perform physical outdoor work in all weather conditions. Strong focus on safety protocols and job site awareness. Good communication skills and a strong work ethic. Proactive attitude with a desire to learn and grow on the job.
