Mercy is seeking a Business Service Leader to act as the main revenue cycle performance contact for Clinic and Facility Operations leadership, physicians, and department managers. You will coordinate with VBO operations to ensure strong revenue cycle outcomes for the communities Mercy serves. The role requires 5+ years in hospital or practice management, solid organizational and analytical skills, and the ability to travel regularly within the community and across the health system.
