Minimum Qualifications:

Location Highlights:
New Rochelle sits on the Long Island Sound shoreline in Westchester County, about 20 miles northeast of Midtown Manhattan, offering a suburban setting with rail access to New York City via Metro-North. Glen Island Park features waterfront walking paths and beach views, while Hudson Park and Beach provides local shoreline access close to downtown. Residents and travelers can reach Pelham Bay Park in the Bronx in about 15 minutes by car, and Interstate 95 supports regional travel through southern Westchester and into Connecticut.
