Our client is a growing healthcare and skincare brand.**This role is hybrid 3 days per week in Morristown, NJ.
Role Overview:
The Sales Operations Coordinator will partner closely with customer service leadership and the field sales organization. This person will help manage order workflows, resolve operational issues, maintain account information, and provide visibility into sales and support activity.
Sales Operations Coordinator Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to sales and customer service leadership. Monitor orders from placement through fulfillment, shipping, returns, exchanges, and backorders. Identify workflow delays and coordinate solutions to keep customer transactions moving. Track support tickets, escalations, response times, and service-level performance. Develop and maintain daily and weekly operational reports and dashboards. Use CRM, helpdesk, and other business systems to monitor activity and ensure proper routing. Coordinate with sales, logistics, warehouse, billing, and customer support teams to resolve issues. Maintain and update customer account information, including contacts, email addresses, specialties, and other relevant details. Assist with updating SOPs, process documentation, and operational workflows. Help improve processes that enhance efficiency and the overall customer experience.
Sales Operations Coordinator Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.2+ years of experience in sales operations, customer support analytics, field coordination, retail operations, or a similar role. Experience working with CRM or operations platforms such as Salesforce or Embrace. Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, conditional logic, and reporting. Understanding of sales operations, order management, logistics, shipping, returns/exchanges, and retail processes. Comfortable managing a high volume of phone calls and emails while maintaining strong customer focus.
