LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a growing manufacturing organization in the Clearwater area to identify a Manufacturing Operations Supervisor. This is an opportunity for a hands-on leader who excels at driving operational performance, developing teams, and improving manufacturing processes.

Location: Clearwater, FL

Schedule: Onsite, Monday – Friday

Salary: $100,000–$110,000

Key Responsibilities: Lead day-to-day production operations to ensure safety, quality, and delivery objectives are achieved. Coach and develop employees while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Monitor operational performance and implement solutions that improve efficiency and productivity. Partner with cross-functional teams to support production planning, inventory control, and customer commitments. Drive process improvements and operational excellence initiatives throughout the facility.

Qualifications: Leadership experience in a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment. Strong background in operations, team development, and process improvement. Multi-site experience
