About the role
We're working with a globally recognised technology business seeking an Operations Analyst to join a growing Workplace Technology function.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and experience supporting business operations, procurement, vendor management, or project coordination. You'll play a key role in ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly while working closely with teams across Finance, Legal, Procurement, Security and Technology.
The position offers exposure to a fast-paced technology environment and would suit someone looking to develop their career within operations, programme support, workplace technology, or business operations.
Responsibilities
Manage purchase orders, invoices, expenses and operational administration activities
Support vendor onboarding, contract administration and renewal tracking
Coordinate procurement requests through internal approval processes
Maintain accurate records of software licences, vendors and operational documentation
Assist with project tracking, milestones and operational reporting
Produce reports and insights relating to spend, utilisation and service performance
Work closely with stakeholders across Legal, Finance, Procurement and Technology teams
Support internal communications, documentation and enablement initiatives
Help identify opportunities to improve processes and remove operational bottlenecks
Skills & Experience
Previous experience in an Operations Analyst, Operations Coordinator, Project Coordinator, PMO Administrator, Business Support or similar role
Experience managing operational processes, administration or project support activities
Comfortable working with spreadsheets and reporting tools
Experience working with Jira, Confluence, Asana or similar platforms would be beneficial
Exposure to procurement, vendor management, contracts or licence administration would be advantageous
