Together, we are dedicated to turning the vacation of a lifetime into a lifetime of vacations for our guests.\nRoyal Caribbean Group’s Commercial Planning Team has an exciting career opportunity for a full time Lead, Marketing Analytics reporting to the Sr Manager, Marketing Analytics.\n\nThis position will be working onsite from Miami.\n\nPosition Summary:\nSilversea Cruises is seeking a meticulous and enthusiastic Lead, Marketing Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will own the measurement, analysis, and optimization of our marketing initiatives with a particular focus on paid media campaigns across traditional and digital channels. You will work closely with marketing teams and agencies to ensure our marketing investments are delivering maximum impact through data-driven decision-making, leveraging marketing data to influence strategy and deliver measurable results.\n\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\n\nDevelop and implement comprehensive analytical frameworks to evaluate marketing campaign performance across multiple channels, with emphasis on paid media.\nLead the measurement of KPIs, conversion tracking, and attribution models to accurately assess marketing and campaign success.\nContinuously monitor media and advertising campaign performance including campaign structure, media selection, and creative performance; leverage findings to optimize marketing spend.\nEnsure data accuracy, maintain data quality standards, and troubleshoot tracking issues across analytics platforms.\nPartner with marketing operations to integrate data across marketing automation platforms, CRMs, and analytics tools.\nCollaborate with media and marketing teams (including agencies and internal stakeholders) to provide insights that inform campaign strategy, targeting, budgeting, and overall marketing direction.\nPartner with cross-functional marketing analysts (e.g., eCommerce, customer marketing, content) to understand interdependencies and the overall impact of various marketing initiatives.\nUtilize tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Power BI, and platform-specific dashboards to create comprehensive reports and dashboards for stakeholders.\nConduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends, opportunities for optimization, and areas of underperformance across marketing initiatives.\nServe as technical lead for media tagging, tracking, and creative data implementation. Connect with eCommerce and other teams to determine appropriate tagging structures and data architecture.\nSupport A/B testing and experimentation efforts to improve messaging, audience targeting, creative, and bidding strategies.\nStay current with industry trends, new features, and best practices in marketing analytics tools and methodologies.\nPresent findings and strategic recommendations clearly to stakeholders and senior leadership\n\n\nQualifications, Knowledge and Skills:\n\nBachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Science, Statistics, Business, or related field.\n6+ years of experience in marketing analytics, digital marketing analytics, or paid media analytics.\nExpertise in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, SQL, and Excel.\nProficiency with paid media platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, programmatic platforms).\nSolid understanding of attribution models, conversion tracking, and multi-channel attribution.\nAnalytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.\nExcellent communication skills for stakeholder presentations and strategic discussions.\nTeam Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.\nOrganization: Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.\nExperience with lead forecasting and predictive modeling for demand generation campaigns (Nice to Have).\n\n\nWe know there's a lot to consider.
