About the role
To support the rapidly growing Autonomous Vehicle (AV) and Electric Vehicle (EV) segment, the remote Central Hiring Manager - AV/EV will be responsible for interviewing, evaluating, and selecting talent while maintaining high standards for performance, safety, and culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Own interviews and candidate-selection decisions for AV/EV segment employees across various markets and technical skill levels
Execute weekly and monthly workforce plans to maintain necessary interview volume and hiring velocity for rapid growth
Conduct structured interviews to assess candidates' technical capabilities, experience, and cultural alignment with the AV/EV teamRequired QualificationsStrong automotive technical knowledge, preferably in EV, high-voltage systems, diagnostics, or autonomous vehicles
Experience in technician roles, fleet management, shop leadership, or automotive operations
Proven ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced hiring environment with aggressive staffing targets
Strong interviewing, assessment, and decision-making skills
Highly organized, data-driven, and accountable for measurable hiring outcomes
