About the role

Microchip Technology Inc. is seeking a Technical Staff Device Modeling and Measurement Engineer to help model compact device models and characterize new technologies. You will work with circuit designers to solve simulation challenges and improve analog precision while reducing power and size. Qualified candidates will have a Master’s degree and 15+ years of experience, with expertise in Cadence tools, Hspice/Spectre, MBP/MQA/ICCAP, and Python/LabVIEW for measurements and data analysis.
