About the role

Front Parts Counterperson Best Chevrolet is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Front Parts Counterperson to join our team! We are seeking someone who is knowledgeable about automotive parts, provides exceptional customer service, and can work effectively in a fast-paced dealership environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist retail and wholesale customers with identifying and purchasing automotive parts
  • Answer parts inquiries in person and by phone
  • Look up parts using OEM catalogs and dealership systems
  • Prepare parts orders and accurately process invoices
  • Maintain accurate inventory and assist with stocking and organizing parts
  • Communicate with technicians, service advisors, vendors, and customers
  • Follow up on special orders and customer requests
  • Perform other duties as instructed by management
Qualifications:
  • Previous automotive parts counter experience preferred
  • Knowledge of automotive parts and terminology
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with CDK or other dealership parts software is a plus
  • Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
