About the role
Role summary:
This is a senior engineering hire working directly on algo pricing, hedging, and trading automation. The role covers design, development, testing and implementation.
Required:
5+ years relevant experience in front office trading systems Strong track record in algo execution / electronic trading Deep expertise in core Java (multi-threading, concurrency, performance tuning)Deep experience with low-latency, high-throughput distributed systems Practical knowledge of SBE and FIX protocols Ownership of mission-critical production systems in global environments.
Additional Preferred Experience:
Fixed Income / FX trading workflows Strong testing discipline (unit/integration, BDD/TDD mindset)Ability to work closely with traders/quants and challenge architecture where needed
