About the Role: Palm Health Resources is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance team. In this role, you will take ownership of billing, accounts receivable, contract compliance, and VMS billing operations — playing a critical part in ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across all revenue-related functions.
Key Responsibilities: Billing & Accounts Receivable Oversee end-to-end billing and AR processes, ensuring timely invoicing, collections, and reconciliation. VMS Billing Management Manage VMS billing workflows, including compliance with client requirements, contract terms, and submission accuracy. Contract Compliance Ensure contract compliance across all assignments, collaborating with internal teams to identify and resolve discrepancies. Financial Documentation & Records Maintain ownership of P-Drive and financial documentation, ensuring records are accurate, organized, and aligned with company standards. Cross-Functional Partnership Serve as a key liaison to Operations, Recruiting, and Leadership teams to support financial integrity and operational efficiency.
