Role Description:
The Data Entry Specialist is a full-time remote role responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data in company and client systems. Daily tasks include entering data from various source documents, verifying information for completeness and accuracy, and correcting any identified discrepancies. The role also involves organizing records, performing routine data quality checks, and following established procedures for data security and confidentiality. The Data Entry Specialist will collaborate with internal teams to clarify data requirements, respond to basic information requests, and support administrative and reporting needs as required.
Qualifications:
Strong typing and data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail. Solid computer literacy, including proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, and common office software. Clear and professional communication skills for collaborating with team members and responding to data-related inquiries. Customer service and administrative assistance experience to support internal stakeholders and routine office processes. Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines. Familiarity with data privacy and security best practices is preferred. Prior experience in a data entry or administrative role is beneficial. High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in office administration or information management is a plus.
