We are seeking a senior PeopleSoft HCM Architect to support a large-scale Federal Government modernisation programme. This is an excellent opportunity for a PeopleSoft technical leader with strong HCM experience and a background in cloud migration, OCI and modernisation programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead PeopleSoft HCM architecture and technical strategy
- Support the migration and modernisation of PeopleSoft environments
- Develop architecture for OCI / Oracle Cloud solutions
- Design integration strategies between PeopleSoft and other enterprise platforms
- Provide technical leadership across HCM modernisation initiatives
- Work with business, functional and technical stakeholders
- Define technical standards, patterns and best practices
- Support solution design, documentation and implementation
- Provide architectural guidance to development teams
Required Experience:
- 10+ years of PeopleSoft HCM experience
- Strong PeopleSoft technical architecture background 5+ years of PeopleSoft modernisation / transformation leadership
- Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft HCMExperience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
- Strong integration and enterprise architecture experience
- Experience supporting large-scale transformation programmes
- Strong stakeholder and communication skills
- Federal Government experience highly desirable
- This is a senior-level opportunity for someone who can combine deep PeopleSoft knowledge with modernisation and cloud architecture expertise
