All appointments are pre-booked, ensuring each client receives focused, one-on-one care in a high-end setting. Who We're Looking For We are hiring a Full-Time Sales Supervisor or Sales Manager for our Stuart location. This is a key client-facing role that blends luxury service, consultative sales, and team leadership. You'll collaborate with experienced estheticians, guide clients through advanced treatment journeys, and help drive high-value revenue in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities: Sales Supervisor Conduct personalized, solution-oriented consultations Drive high-ticket daily sales (target: $3,500+ per day) Manage client progress and communication using CRM tools Ensure a consistently premium client experience Sales Manager Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet goals Oversee daily consultation and treatment workflows Assist team members in closing large treatment packages Compensation
Base Salary: $2,500-$3,000/month Commission: 4%-10%, based on personal and team performance All clientele by appointment - no walk-ins or cold leads
