Job Summary:
The Account Manager is the primary point of contact for a set of defined transactional & mainstay customers and is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our market presence. The role focuses on nurturing existing relationships, driving new opportunity conversion with existing or prospective customers, addressing customer needs, and ensuring long-term business retention and growth.
