Human Resources AssistantCorgan is actively recruiting a dynamic Human Resources Assistant to join the firm as part of our Human Resources team. Our ideal team member is passionate and progressively seeking more responsibilities to expand their expertise.ResponsibilitiesServe as a front-line responder for routine employee questions submitted through the Corgan ASK employee-service portal, escalating complex matters to HR team members as appropriateMaintain and update HR knowledge articles and employee-facing resources on the Corgan employee intranetProvide administrative and project support to HR teams for initiatives such as open enrollment, learning and development programs, employee communications, immigration support, and talent-related processesAssist with employment and labor poster administration across the firm, including tracking updates and coordinating postings as neededComplete employment and payroll verifications in accordance with company process and confidentiality standardsMaintain employee personnel files and HR records, ensuring information is organized, accurate, current, and handled confidentiallyTrack licensure, registrations, and related documentation with various industry agencies and organizationsAssist with continuing education unit (CEU) reporting and state registration tracking and expense reimbursement for architects and designers, partnering with HR team members as neededProcess routine employee status changes and data updates in HR systems, following established procedures and approval workflowsPerform daily HRIS maintenance tasks, including data entry, record updates, report support, and quality checksPrepare basic HR reports, summaries, and documentation to support HR Operations, employee data accuracy, and department projectsAssist with survey administration and data collection, helping organize responses and summarize themes for HR team reviewSupport HR Operations with scheduling, meeting preparation, document organization, employee communications, and other administrative tasks as assignedPerform all other duties and responsibilities as assignedQualificationsThis role is an in-office positionBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field preferredPrior internship, student work, customer service, office support, or administrative experience preferred, especially in a professional services or corporate environmentInterest in building a career in Human Resources and learning HR operations, employee service, HR systems, compliance, and records managementStrong attention to detail, organization, follow-through, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentProfessional verbal and written communication skills, with a service-oriented approach to supporting employees and internal stakeholdersDemonstrated discretion and sound judgment when handling confidential employee informationProficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; comfort learning HRIS, intranet, survey, reporting, and employee-service platformsAbility to follow established processes, ask thoughtful questions, and escalate matters appropriately*This position is designated as full-time on-site and requires the employee to be physically present at the assigned office location Monday through Friday during standard business hours.
