About the role

Sharp Performance is seeking a remote, independent contractor Performance Coach to work with law enforcement, firefighters, and frontline professionals. You will deliver one-on-one coaching rooted in performance methods adapted from U.S. Special Operations, helping members build mental resilience for peak performance in and out of the field. This flexible, 1099 engagement offers fully remote scheduling, with opportunities for ongoing professional development and collaboration with the coaching
