About the role

Part-time Players Club Representative We are looking for a Part-time Players Club Representative that will be responsible for representing the Tuscany Casino, assisting guests, and facilitating promotions and events.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Promote the Tuscany Casino and all current promotions/entertainment
  • Adhere to Tuscany Suites & Casinos policies and procedures.
  • Adhere to all appearance and uniform standards.
  • Promote the Players Club and its benefits to casino guests.
  • Conduct promotions and help facilitate special events and entertainment.
  • Relay information to guests about all promotions, entertainment and events.
  • Input all new members into computer and print players club cards.
  • Reprint lost or stolen cards.
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required. At least 1 year of Customer Service experience. Basic computer and typing skills. General knowledge of gaming, including slots, video, bingo and card games a plus. Computer experience with database.
Requirements: Must maintain a professional appearance. Positive customer service, communication and listening skills. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and maintain a professional demeanor. Reports to the Players Club Supervisors and Director of Marketing. Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Bi-lingual preferred. Must be able to work in an environment with exposure to secondhand smoke and high noise levels.
