About the role

Red Cell Partners, LLC. is seeking a Program Contracts Manager to own the contract operations backbone for a major U.S. defense program and to build systems that ensure subcontractors, deliverables, invoices, and obligations stay aligned. The role focuses on execution governance and day-to-day contract management. You will design templates, trackers, and escalation paths, coordinate with leadership and finance, and ensure readiness for audits while enabling program teams to deliver mission
