About the role
Focused on activation and habituation, the full-time salaried Growth Manager, Customer Engagement will manage end-to-end outcomes, run high-velocity experiments, and influence product strategy while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, remote environment.
Key responsibilities
Own activation and habituation outcomes across the customer journey, setting strategy and delivering measurable business impact
Run a high-velocity experimentation program to enhance onboarding, upselling, and customer retention efforts
Conduct sophisticated analyses to diagnose funnel friction and prioritize opportunities for growth
Required qualifications
5+ years of experience in growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, or a related analytical role
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools
Deep experimentation experience, including designing tests and using results for continuous improvement
Hands-on experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms
Fluency with AI tools to enhance marketing strategies and execution
