Required Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. Preferred Education: Associate degree or additional education in a related field.
Required Qualifications/Skills/Experience: 0–3 years of experience in the field or a related area. Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the applicable field. Ability to follow established instructions, procedures, and guidelines. Ability to process orders and complete routine administrative tasks accurately. Ability to prepare correspondence and handle customer requests. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work effectively under immediate supervision. Ability to perform routine job functions without requiring significant independent judgment.
Preferred Qualifications/Skills/Experience: Previous experience in a customer service, administrative, order processing, or support role. Experience preparing correspondence and handling customer inquiries or requests. Experience working in a structured environment with established procedures and guidelines.
Overview: The Claims Support Rep III performs routine support activities, including processing orders, preparing correspondence, and fulfilling customer needs. The role follows established procedures and guidelines and works under the immediate supervision of a supervisor or manager.
Job Duties: Process orders accurately and efficiently. Prepare correspondence and related documentation. Fulfil customer needs and requests to support customer satisfaction. Apply commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the assigned field. Follow established instructions, procedures, and guidelines when performing assigned functions. Perform routine job responsibilities under immediate supervision. Escalate issues or situations requiring additional guidance to the appropriate supervisor or manager.
