About the role
Kleinfelder is seeking an Assistant General Counsel (Claims & Litigation) to lead the management of all claims, litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution activities. You will work with executive leadership, operations, insurance, and outside counsel to minimize risk and protect company interests.
