What You'll Do:
- Become a Ford Truck expert, specializing in customized and upfitted vehicles
- Educate customers on truck features, performance upgrades, and ownership benefits
- Deliver a seamless, professional, and memorable sales experience
- Build long-term relationships with customers and the local community
- Work collaboratively with leadership and teammates to achieve shared goals
- Continuously learn, grow, and develop your skills through paid training and mentorship
