Flexible Hours: Clinic open M–Th (7am–7pm), Fri (7am–5pm). Choose 4x 10s or creative 5-day options. Base Salary: $78,000 – $105,000/year (based on experience) Production Bonuses: Monthly bonus structure with potential for an additional $6,000 – $20,000+ per year. Paid Time Off: Up to 120 hours of PTO with flex options to gain more time off.401(k) Retirement: 100% match on the first 3%, 50% match on the next 2% — Immediate 100% vesting from day one.
