Job Description: The main function of an Executive Administrative Assistant is to provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, handling information requests and performing clerical functions. A typical administrative assistant acts as information and communication managers for an office. Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents. Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and off-site engagements. Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion. Serve as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders. Track and manage expenses, process reimbursements, and maintain budget records. Support project management tasks and follow up on action items. Maintain filing systems and ensure accurate record-keeping.nticipate executive needs and proactively address them. Coordinate business travel.
Skills: Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills. Strong ability to work independently and manage one's time. Strong ability to keep information organized and confidential. Strong ability in event planning. Strong leadership and mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback. Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED required.8-10 years experience required. Experience working with executives required.
