What You'll Do:
Provide skilled occupational therapy services to residents in a SNF setting.
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
Help patients regain independence with activities of daily living and functional mobility.
Provide therapeutic interventions focused on strength, coordination, balance, safety, and independence.
Educate patients, families, and caregivers on adaptive techniques and strategies.
Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, and the interdisciplinary care team.
Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Requirements:
Active Ohio Occupational Therapist license or eligibility to obtain.
SNF/LTC experience preferred.
Current BLS certification.
