About the role
Elite Haul Inc is a growing freight brokerage based in the Chicago market, looking for motivated Freight Brokers and Logistics Sales Representatives to join our team. We are seeking driven individuals who can build shipper relationships, develop freight opportunities, and grow long-term repeat business.

Responsibilities:
- Prospect and develop new shipper accounts* Build long-term customer relationships* Negotiate rates with carriers and customers* Manage loads from pickup to delivery* Grow profitable and repeat freight lanes* Maintain strong communication with customers and carriers
Requirements:
- Freight brokerage, dispatch, or logistics experience preferred* Strong communication and sales skills* Ability to work independently and stay organized* Experience with DAT, Truckstop, or TMS systems is a plus* Motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
