Restaurant FOH Manager Qualifications: Casual or upscale dining kitchen leadership experience required Hands-on leadership style Competitive, driven mentality with a passion for hospitality Someone who is hungry to grownot simply going through the motions
Restaurant FOH Manager Responsibilities: Leading daily FOH operations in a high-energy Upscale/Fine Dining environment Coaching and developing teams while maintaining high standards Helping drive a culture of accountability, teamwork, and excellence
